We pride ourselves on being one of the only accountancy firms to offer an all-inclusive fixed monthly fee. This covers your year end accounts and tax returns, as well as proactive accountancy advice throughout the year.
If you’re a freelancer or sole trader who isn't operating through a Limited Company, from just £30 plus VAT per month we will cover all your business and personal tax needs including:
- Proactive, ongoing tax advice throughout the year
- Year-end accounts
- Help dealing with Inland Revenue
- Personal taxation
- Free bookkeeping software
- Unlimited telephone and email access to your accountant for advice
If you run a limited company, fees start at just £110 plus VAT per month. However we’ll tailor our service to meet your needs.
For more information, a free quotation or a general chat about your business plans please call us on 0500 234 111 or 01442 275 767, email heather@easyaccountancy.co.uk or click Ask us a Question.
If you're thinking of appointing a different accountant, you may well have considered the local accountant route. Generally, these accountants will quote you anywhere between £250 and £600 + VAT to do your end of year accounts. However, throughout the year you may have accountancy and tax related queries and questions for your accountant, and you may need to call them for some bespoke advice.
Each time you call your accountant, you're likely to be charged. So by the end of the year you could be looking at a bill exceeding £1,800. It's no surprise then that most freelancers and small business owners soon stop calling their accountant and push their tax returns to the back of the drawer.
This is where Easy Accountancy fits in. We don’t want our clients to be scared to contact us and potentially lose out on valuable tax saving advice. It’s even more important when you first start out, as you really need to set your business up in the best way possible. As a start up you’ll probably have loads of questions and will really appreciate the fact you can call your accountant as many times as you like without the fear of racking up large bills.
