At Easy Accountancy we are firmly committed to providing measurable service levels and a personal, as well as a highly professional, service.
Accordingly I, Simon Dolan - Managing Partner of Easy Accountancy, hereby unconditionally guarantee that I will make a full refund of that month's fee, if any of the following service criteria are not met in any given month:
- Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
- Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.
- Subject to all the appropriate information having been received from the client, draft Annual Accounts will be submitted for approval within four weeks.
- All new clients will be contacted by their Account Manager within two days of signed Contracts being received.
- Client/Accountant ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service.
- All accounting work will be carried out in-house by suitably qualified people.
- Should it be necessary for you to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day, or the following day at the latest.
