My client, a leadign establishment, are looking for an IT Support Analyst with excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of the 1st/2nd line technical support stack.


Key skills –


  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft/SCCM

  • Helpdesk experience (answering phones/ticket logging)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • 2 years experience in a similar role preferably a law firm.

  • Mobile device Support

  • Active Directory

  • Corporate Messaging – Outlook/Exchange
