1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst – PCs/Windows/AD/Exchange/O365


A leading managed service provider are on the lookout for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support, with some experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.


Key skills –


  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft

  • Helpdesk experience (answering phones/ticket logging)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • At least 2 years commercial experience supporting large user bases

  • Experience supporting Windows environment

  • Mobile Device support

  • Desirable – Zendesk ticketing

  • Active Directory

  • Corporate Messaging – Outlook/Exchange

  • Excellent communication skills
