1st/2nd Line Telephone Support – Financial Services – London.


My Financial Services client are looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst/Servicedesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd Line telephone support to their 1800 users. You will require fantastic communication skills as well as have fantastic customer service skills as you will be supporting staff right up to director level. This could be a great opportunity for someone to work in a corporate environment.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:


    • Windows 7 & 10


    • MS Office Support including O365


    • Active Directory & Exchange


    • Hardware and software installation and configuration.


    • Liaising with staff on all desktop support issues, triage of IT Operations tickets, calls and walk ups where required.


    • Proactively monitor and assist with managing the entire IT. estate, ensuring smooth operation and business continuity
