My client are a nationally recognised healthcare organisation based in the Midlands.


We currently seek to recruit a skilled and professional 1st Line Support Analyst to support the organisations Service Desk.


Role Purpose:


  • Be the main focal point for the Trust's IT Support and Delivery Service

  • Providing a high level of Customer Care

  • Receive details of Service Requests and Incidents (including updates), by Telephone, Email or

    from Online Portal

  • Carry out and provide advice, initial analysis, technical support and guidance for technical issues

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of IT equipment and

    infrastructure, as appropriate

  • Carry out duties in accordance with ITIL IT Service Management principles, as applied within

    Corporate IT

  • The IT Service Desk provides a 24 hour a day 7 days a week service (including Bank Holidays). This cover is provided on a rota basis.
