I have an urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Engineer to support a Global organisation, providing Network Support to circa 50 end clients.
This role will base you in Peterborough, Monday-Friday for around 9 Months.
Supporting BAU tickets at 2nd Line; ensuring all incidents are logged correctly, and the correct technical solution is provided
You will be responsible for Incident diagnostics, monitoring and analysing issues, software upgrades across multiple devices, bug fixes, config. back-up/restore
Escalate relevant tickets to the Problem and Incident team
Provide technical support to all new customers during their on-boarding period and beyond
You must have at least 2 years commercial experience in a 2nd Line support role within an SLA environment
Strong customer service skills
It is essential that you hold a CCNA certification
Any knowledge of ITIL, Fortinet, and CheckPoint is helpful but not essential
