Agile Coach / Lean required with strong product centric focus on product value, product strategy, roadmap definition, MVP, lean development and prioritisation to help evolve and simplify the way large scale ecommerce organisation currently works to deliver value to customers, you will be an Agile coach who is T-shaped; specializing in one area but with a broad knowledge of agility, organizational design and lean, and coach /inspire people, leaders and teams.

Skills required as an Agile Coach include

Experience working with and coaching Senior Product Managers/Owners to define product value and product strategy at an organizational level
Experience working with both cross functional (feature) teams and component teams, able to understand the different approaches and relate to the different team dynamics
Experience shifting mindsets within an organization to embrace more agile and lean ways of working
Good knowledge of Agility, Scrum, Kanban, Systems Thinking, Queuing theory, Complexity, Lean principles and coaching techniques.
2+ years of significant experience as a Lean and Agile practitioner
Experience in delivering training (at least 2-3 hours sessions)
Excellent listening and communication skills
Fast learner who seeks for continuous improvements
Agile leadership style: lead by example, role modelling situations and behaviours, challenge command and control behaviours, value the ideas and opinions of others.
Active contribution to the Agile community at least within and/or beyond, such as participation in an Agile Community of Practice or attendance at agile conferences.

Responsibilities as an Agile Coach include and in particular this person will be focused on:

Support the organization in shifting to a new mindset, using lean and agile principles and practices.
Leading by example, spreading Lean and Agile values and practices across the organisation;
Coaching Leaders and Teams to understand value, to identify waste and to apply appropriate tools and techniques to improve the end-to-end value delivery;
Teaching, mentoring and coaching Product Managers and Product Owners on product value, product strategy, roadmap definition, MVP, lean development and prioritisation;
Coaching teams to become more cross-functional in their approach, helping leaders adopt new ways of working to reduce the number of dependencies, and shorten the overall lead time to deliver products and features to customers;
Coaching leaders and teams to shift from a project delivery mentality to a delivery model focused on products and customer value;
Enable leaders and teams to improve and become effective and empowered, through a deep understanding of people motivations, improving their capability in terms of conflict management, consensus building and collective decision making;
Providing teaching and on the job training on various agile and lean topics, from beginner to practitioner level
Promoting the principles of quality and continuous improvement (measurable).
