IT Support Engineer required by facilities client with a proven track record in applications support.
The successful candidate must provide 1st and 2nd line Support and guidance to users relating to the day-to-day use of desktop and applications.
Key skills required:
Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems relating to IT systems.
Proactively and reactively provide updates on calls logged in ticketing system.
Conduct all work in accordance with the Service Level Agreement for the IT Service Desk.
