IT Support Engineer required by facilities client with a proven track record in applications support. the successful candidate must provide 1st and 2nd line Support and guidance to users relating to the day-to-day use of desktop and applications.

Key skills required:

  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems relating to IT systems.

  • Proactively and reactively provide updates on calls logged in ticketing system.

  • Conduct all work in accordance with the Service Level Agreement for the IT Service Desk.
