Business Analyst (Sales Process, BDD, CRM, LMS, Agile, Salesforce)

Our client, widely recognised as the UK's leading provider of IT solutions and services are looking to hire a talented Business Analyst (Sales Process, BDD, CRM, LMS, Agile, Salesforce) to be an integral part of a transformation programme that will establish their sales and marketing performance.

The programme will transform CRM solutions across 6 Divisions, multiple Business Units and sales & marketing teams. Our client currently has a varied and fragmented technology landscape, with over 30 CRMs and no single view of sales performance or consistent operating model.

The vision is to consolidate and enhance CRM instances to a maximum of one per Division (Dynamics and Salesforce) with Marketing Automation, sales tools, common data layer and advanced analytics.

The
Business Analyst (Sales Process, BDD, CRM, LMS, Agile, Salesforce) will work on a large-scale CRM transformation project and will have in depth knowledge of Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst (Sales Process, BDD, CRM, LMS, Agile, Salesforce):

· Strong requirement gathering and requirement elicitation experience (Essential)
· Strong business process mapping experience (Essential)
· Working with product owners and business users to produce user stories and acceptance criteria (Essential)
· Liaising with business users and stakeholders to facilitate effective playbacks during sprints (Essential)
· Communicate with business, technical and user communities (Essential)

Experience for the Business Analyst (Sales Process, BDD, CRM, LMS, Agile, Salesforce):

· Experience for the Strong business process mapping experience (Essential)
· Previous experience of working on large-scale CRM projects (Essential)
· Strong business process mapping experience (Essential)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
· Exposure to Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot and Marketo (Preferred)
· Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems (Preferred)
· Knowledge of Jira/Confluence (Preferred)
· A sound understanding of Sales processes
· Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum Environment
· Able to manage difficult stakeholders and gain consensus (Essential)
