Our client, a large prestigious organisation in West London is looking for a Business/Enterprise Architect to develop a baseline Business Reference Model (BRM).
The primary responsibility will be to develop a structured high level view of their business, which will represent and describe their core business domains, functions and services.
This reference model will then be used as a framework to map as-is business activities and accountabilities across the organisation to identify duplications, hotspots, gaps and anomalies. This will also be used as a top-down template to guide and constrain future enterprise architecture work.
To be successful in this role you should have deep and versatile enterprise/business architecture experience; have worked previously creating a BRM (Business Reference Model); have developed a service catalog; have experience in service mapping and cross-referencing (dependency matrices).
Specific industry knowledge is not required, but you should have a strong ability to process and simplify complexity into a pragmatic, understandable and communicable output. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills (to director and CXO level)
