CRM Manager with experience of CRM management, data and databases required for a Not for Profit organisation in Bedfordshire.

This opportunity would be ideal for an individual who lives locally to Bedfordshire and is keen for an opportunity within an exciting charity and to gain real work-life balance whilst in a position that can positively affect change.

My client currently find themselves in the position where they have multiple CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics and NG CRM by ABS). This is due to them being a federated organisation with multiple sites that are now centralising operations. They are aware that they don’t need three CRMs, so are working out a plan to increase the use of one and decrease the use of others.

What they need is someone to get to grips with the different CRMs that are in play, the data they store, and how to manage the transition and BAU moving forwards (with help).

Essential skills:

  • Experience implementing and managing CRM system
  • Stakeholder management – this is a business facing role where the post-holder will be the SME on the CRM(s)
  • GDPR experience
  • Experience working on ICT projects
  • Experience building business cases

Desirable skills:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • NG CRM by ABS
  • MS Dynamics CRM
  • Datawarehousing / BI Experience
