DV Cleared Support Analyst/Helpdesk – 1st Line Support – Umbrella Contract


This position will require full candidates to hold full DV clearance, a defence/MOD background would be highly advantageous.


This role will involve working alongside very high profile people and requires the ability to remain composed throughout.


You will join a fast paced support team based in central London. Working in a predominately MS Windows environment at first line level providing support at desk and over the phone. This will require the ability to undertake basic bug fixes and occasional network/server patching while providing first class service right up to director/board level.


Person/skills overview:


The ability to work independently is essential.


Excellent communications and customer facing skills are mandatory.


Strong experience supporting users in a busy Windows environment.
