Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently searching for an Enterprise Analyst – Technology Services to work with one of the UKs major utility providers.

Enterprise Analyst – Technology Services – Role Objective
You will be joining a highly experienced Network team to Support the Company Network solutions, including the setup and configuration of routers switches and APs. 

Enterprise Analyst – Technology Services – Key Accountabilities:

The Support & administration of IT Infrastructure & Services
Undertake installation and decommissioning of Infrastructure to established procedures
Always be mindful of Cyber Security aligned to the needs of an organisation
Maintaining levels of service with reference to published and agreed SLA’s
Regularly available for out of hours and weekend “On Call/Standby”
Participate in communication with strategic vendor partners for guidance and governance to assist in building leverage for best value opportunities.
Able to work unsocial hours when required, e.g. Standby/Call Out and may include short durations away from home e.g. DR exercises
 
Enterprise Analyst – Technology Services – Experience:

Essential 3 years+ experience of maintaining and supporting an expanding complex IT Infrastructure.
Deep technical knowledge of at least 1 technology area to “Expert” level e.g. Microsoft WebSphere App Server and MQ, SQL Server, Cloud Administration, Solaris, Linux, Netbackup with Datadomain, Netbackup with Netbackup Applicance, Hitachi SAN, Oracle, scripting.
Experience of planning and implementing maintenance activities including scheduling and negotiating associated system outages
3 Years+ experience of working in a technical services environment delivering 2nd/3rd support or 2 years+ experience of project delivery (technical implementations) with the ability to contribute to the improvement, efficiency and effectiveness of the overall delivery process
Conversant with ITIL principles and a thorough working knowledge of Incident, Change & Problem Management
