An advanced Excel Specialist is required by our industry leading Retail client.

Our client uses in the region of 100 Excel spreadsheets across the business area, many of which are linked, and the purpose of this role is to look at all Spreadsheets and business processes and to create a more efficient environment which at present is slowing down and causing issues.

You should have advanced Excel skills including creating and developing macros. This role will have heavy interaction with the business in order to understand current processes, obtain requirements and then work with the business community to deliver a more efficient Excel environment and provide training where necessary.

Therefore, as well as your advanced Excel skills, you should also have very good communication skills and be able to liaise with business users at all levels.

The requirement of this role is not to create or provide a database solution, but to streamline and create a more efficient Excel solution and environment.
