Were seeking a HR Change Analyst for an initial 6-month contract role in central Edinburgh.
This role is to support the roll out of a new HR service model and processes via Workday.
In this role youll be responsible for change impact assessments, the development of detailed transition plans, development of training materials and support the business during the rollout of a new HR transformation.
To be considered for the role youll need the following: experience in a similar HR change analyst role, an understanding of how people go through change and the change process, experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and life cycles, strong stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, pervious experience in implementing global systems and service models, technical knowledge in Excel and Modelling/Diagram tools and finally ideally a background knowledge of HR and/or Workday.
