Global client is currently seeking a project manager to deliver an outsourced contact centre.The organisation is embarking on the transition of its customer services across 24 locations to a 24/7 hub TOM located in Europe, provided by an MSP. The role will involved the delivery post RFI and be responsible for the planning and coordination of the service operations from the local markets to global support hub.


  • Broad understanding of IT systems and infrastructure and process around outsourcing (centralising) these services.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts

  • Supplier/Vendor management through transition of services

  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL (qualification advantageous).
