My client are a leading public sector body located in the south west of England.

Currently they have a requirement for 4 IT PMO Officers to provide administration and reporting support to the IT PMO Manager, which will include reporting of management information, project management support and related day to day administration tasks.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide the required administrative support to the PMO Manager

  • Develop, track, analyse, and publish project and time recording reports, including financials

  • Help measure project performance, including customer satisfaction

  • Maintain project codes and structures

  • Ensure project management process control and improvement by helping identify best practices and applying industry standards

  • Provide the required administrative support to IT governance

Role requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working on a programme either in a PMO role, support role or as a Project Manager

  • Portfolio, Programme, Project or PMO qualification eg Prince2, MSP, P3O, all an advantage

  • Substantial Experience in planning with advanced Microsoft Office skills o Microsoft Project o Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in decision-support, process mapping, assumptions logging and business cases all an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
