My Large professional services client based in Cardiff is looking for a 1st line service desk engineer on a 1 month rolling basis.

The ideal candidate will have the following the skills:

– Vast experience in service desk support
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Experience with taking calls, password resets and ticketing systems
– Strong active directory and 0365 technical ability
– Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely

Desireable skills:

– Welsh speaking
– Experience supporting a large end user base

£12 Per Hour
1 month in initial contract
