IT Support Engineers
2-3 months initially (with potential extensions)

BAU Desk side Support, AV Support Windows 10 rollout project work (combined role) Role
We are currently looking for desktop support engineers to support our client during Projects with internal and external user base. You will provide a 1st/2nd line support service following effective ITIL-based management processes including Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, and Asset Management; Use service management and continual service improvement to improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT services.
-Promptly allocate unresolved calls to 3rd line teams or appropriate team members.
-Maintains records, informs users about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
-Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorises incidents.
-Gather information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate.
-Maintain records and advise persons of actions taken.
-2nd line support experience
-Windows 7/10 BAU support and deployment experience
-AV Support advantageous
-Apple Mac, Windows support experience
-Experience in setting up and taking down hardware and moving it to a new location
-Excellent communication skills via both telephone and face to face.
