IT Support Technician, IT Services Helpdesk

35 hours per week/full-time
Description of the post/responsibilities:
Working within IT Services Service Desk; role will involve telephone contact and triaging these calls into an incident logging system.
Possible work on face to face counter service.
Point of contact for Office 365 queries.
Essential skills and experience required:
1st Line support – call logging and supporting from ticketing systems
Excellent communication skills – required
Familiar with Active Directory and remote support tools for software installs and troubleshooting issues.
In-depth Office 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills.
Experience with dealing with user queries face to face and via telephone and email.
Experience of using an ITSM tool for incident logging and resolution.
Potentially required to work across multiple locations.
