Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Utilities Client
The client are looking for an experienced Office 365 consultant for an initial 3 month contract.
To ensure there is effective use of the Office 365 training material that is available on the Group websites and to work with individuals and Teams as required to help them understand how the new application suite can improve their efficiency as a department.
Also responsible for driving the use of Sharepoint and one drive to remove Legacy data based on file Servers, resulting in a reduction of data stored onsite. There will be requirement to fully understand the policies on data retention and work with the Infrastructure teams on cleaning up data as users migrate to cloud solutions.
*Deep knowledge in O365 technologies with experience of all 5 core apps as a minimum. Including details on data governance and retention
*Experience of consulting and training on O365 in a large, complex business environment
*Experience with O365 migrations and onboarding activities
*Experience working with Active Directory and specifically managing object permissions
*Excellent written and oral communication with ability to speak authoritatively at all levels
*An experienced and professional team player with a 'can-do' attitude
