Office 365 Support Engineer | 2 months | Reading | up to £120


Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and an award-winning Managed and Professional IT Services business. This role sits in their Professional Services / Consulting division and dedicates to first-class Microsoft Cloud, Infrastructure and Modern Workplace Solutions.

The Role

This role will require someone who can manage and act upon receiving tickets and able to remote onto client machines and troubleshoot issues. Majority of the issues will be via calls or will need you to communicate face 2 face to end-users to resolve any requested technical problems from stakeholders.

Examples of queries

– Password issues post-migration

– User access via RDS platform

– Ticket duplications without calls being closed

– Identification of distribution and shared mailboxes not yet migrated.
