Project Manager – Cyber/Security – Tools/Tooling

The Cyber Resilience Enhancements Tooling Workstream Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of a series of Security Tools enhancements designed to further mature the companies posture and ability to withstand and recover from cyber related incidents.

You will be responsible for the end to end planning, and management of the Tooling Workstream through the project life cycle, ensuring alignment with project governance requirements.

This end to end Project Manager role requires the individual to work across the organization and critical vendor teams to scope, define, plan, track and drive these deliveries.

Desired Experience:

  • Experienced IT Project manager with cyber/security project delivery experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience managing the full life cycle of changes to the tooling used by organisations to support their Security Operations teams and other critical and sensitive business Processed (eg Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Incident and Event Monitoring and Security Governance tooling) within a financial institution, or Information Technology services provider.

  • Experience in IT Security technology, tooling, controls frameworks and best practice along with a working knowledge of IT Security frameworks (eg NIST)

  • Experience of using structured methodologies (eg Prince2, ITIL, PMI, APM, Lean/Six Sigma)

  • Experience in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, Project and Visio

  • Track record of successful execution

  • Project management certified (eg Prince2, PMI, APM, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma)

  • Knowledge of Financial Services/FX/Product Management an advantage
