Salesforce Administrator – Contract- £400pd
Jenrick are delighted to be representing such an outstanding organisation, a charity that effectively collects global donations for natural disasters. This non-for-profit business do have commercial interests but it isn't often that a business is genuinely trying to make the world a better place. With that in mind they are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join the team.
They implemented the Classic Edition of Salesforce circa 4 years ago, but have recently purchased a new Salesforce NPSP (Not-for-Profit Success Pack) Org. With this in mind, it is now business-critical that they build a team internally to ensure they successfully tailor the platform to fit their exact needs.
Configuration of the Salesforce Org will be essential, as they plan to have an extremely bespoke and customised environment once the initial implementation project comes to a natural end. Salesforce Integration with various parts of the business will also be key – This includes Telephony, Finance and HR.
Salesforce Administrator – Key Skills / Responsibilities:
New Users / User Adoption / User Training.
Customisation / Configuration – Build, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Workflows, Process Builder etc.
Ability to manage multiple streams of work and manage time effectively.
ADM201 certified (or other Salesforce certifications will be advantageous).
Excellent communication skills. Must be able to liaise with both users and stakeholders at all levels.
This position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a greenfield implementation, with multiple stakeholders and business units involved. This ensures that the successful Salesforce Administrator will have complete ownership of the Salesforce environment from an administrative perspective.
