SC Cleared – EUC Specialist
My global defence and technology organisation is looking for an SC Cleared End-User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join them on their next project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing End-user Computing (EUC) support to clients which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing (EUC) operations and related infrastructure.
Ideally the SC Cleared End-User Computing (EUC) specialist will have valid SC Clearance and a minimum of 5 years design and deployment experience with Microsoft Lync and Exchange, and overall 6-8 years' experience within End-User Computing (EUC) support.
Day to day duties will include:
The configuration, installation, testing and ensuring End-User Computing (EUC) software is completed according to customer requirements.
Providing End-User Computing (EUC) support to end customer (provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support)
Logging incidents and ensuring timely resolution by taking full ownership
Troubleshooting of server, networking, cable patching
Reporting of and documenting
Windows/Active Directory/Microsoft Lync/Exchange/Implementation/Upgrading/Deployment/Troubleshooting/Configuration/MCSE
