Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Lambeth Council to provide them with an Senior Service Manager on a 5 month minimum contract which is highly likely to be extended into a longer term contract.
This role is 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday and offers a pay rate of £28-£32 per hour. This may be negotiable dependent on your experience.
As a successful Senior Service Manager, you will:
Designing and commissioning large scale research surveys, managing the contract, undertaking analysis and distribution of findings
Designing, commissioning and undertaking qualitative research with residents to understand need and improve services
Designing and commissioning large scale deliberative research, managing these contracts, engaging multiple audiences in the research and findings
Developing research outputs to inform policy development and service improvement.
Undertaking quantitative and qualitative research
To be considered for this position, you will have the following knowledge/experience:
Substantial knowledge of current policy issues affecting local authorities
Proven track record of working in partnership with a wide range of organisations and individuals, including directly with members of the community
Experience of commissioning projects and programmes of work from a range of providers, including complex contract negotiation
