Stakeholder Engagement Consultant:
Experienced working with External Stakeholders
Any previous dealings with press/media outlets would be highly advantageous.
Significant experience of leading stakeholder engagement programmes, devising and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies.
Experience of leading communications projects and working across a range of communications disciplnes.
Experience of pubilc affairs and the political environment.
Must be self starter, excellent networking skills, able to work constructively with senior colleagues, strong written and verbal communicator.
Drive forward Stakeholder Engagement programme.
Communications Lead across a number of projects, ensuring a co-ordinated, effective communications approach across all channels and disciplines.
Building new and maintaining existing relationships across different areas and their key internal stakeholders.
Become established as 'go to' member of communications team for advice and insight on stakeholder engagement.
Developing specific stakeholder engagement strategies for different areas, such as International engagement strategies and tailored strategies.
Modelling a two way proactive approach to stakeholder management, developing processes to learn from feedback as colleagues engage with stakeholders.
Ensuring a 12 to 18 month forward plan of stakeholder engagement activity.
Maintaining regular and issue specific engagement with key stakeholders across different areas.
Gathering and sharing intelligence from stakeholder meetings
Creating a stronger digital presence, increasing use of digital channels for stakeholder engagement.
Develop new channels for stakeholder engagement: news letters, bulletins or infographics.
Develop metrics/KPI's measures to track stakeholders sentiment and perception.
Previous financial regulatory experience is highly desirable.
This role is inside IR35 and is offered on a PAYE basis.
